Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing is a body oriented, trauma healing modality that supports an experiential understanding of and connection to the body's nervous system responses. It aims to resolve incomplete survival response patterns to support the whole person in unraveling patterns that are keeping the mind and body stuck.  

Private Yoga

Taking time to engage in this ancient practice in an individualized environment can be transformative and supports the alignment of your body, mind, and soul.

Self Massage 

Self massage sessions are guided using the Roll Model Method technique to support healthy movement of your tissues and down regulation of your overtaxed nervous system.

Hi there,

I'm Aurora, a somatic coach based out of Austin, TX. I blend my background in Somatic Experiencing, yoga, behavioral psychology, and self myofascial release techniques to support clients in getting unstuck. I believe that when we can learn to find safety and connection where it has been lost, we can create the life we want to live.

Aurora is a wealth of information and shows so much passion in teaching us to listen to our bodies, it is inspiring.


Aurora's class Movement is Medicine was unlike any class I have taken before and it was completely worth the investment in myself and my future. Even through the computer I could feel the compassion Aurora had for each participant. To this day, I'm still reviewing the material provided to us and finding more appreciation for what my body is capable of doing.


Aurora's grounding presence has supported me in beginning the journey of finding safety in my body. Learning about my triggers and being educated about my nervous system's response is a life changer and I am so grateful for this work.
