Sacred Human Journal is a place for poetry, storytelling, reflection, and the ongoing practice of being human. Named after Sacred Human, a collection of poems written over several years, the journal grew out of a desire to share not only the finished work, but also the experiences, questions, and moments that inspired it. Rather than releasing the collection all at once, the poems are being shared one by one through Substack, giving each piece space to land and be felt before moving on to the next.

For paid subscribers, each poem includes a personal audio recording and reflection. These recordings offer a glimpse behind the words, exploring the life experiences, nervous system insights, and quiet lessons that shaped the writing.
