The Key

I know what it is to look outside myself and attempt to find answers that are only found within.

It is a tempting game to play: blame.

To blame is simply to avoid the truth, the truth that you hold the key to your own healing- always.

The unavailable love from another is now yours to offer yourself.

Because you are the only one who knows how to love you best.
